CD replication is the physical manufacturing of your compact discs from scratch raw materials. The end result is exactly what you would buy in a record store. It entails producing a glass master, then a metal stamper before actually "pressing" the compact discs. CD Replication is simply the technical term. The moulded CDs are then silk screen or thermally printed, before being either spindled or packaged with inserts for delivery.

We can perfect your CD recordables replication project by adding those perfect finishing touches to your vision, such as CD-r printing, labelling, lacquering CD packaging, and shrink wrapping.

DVD Replication

DVD replication is the physical manufacturing of your DVDs from scratch raw materials. We transfer your DVD master content onto a glass master. This allows us to produce a metal stamper that is used in the replication process. We then use replication equipment to "press" your DVD content into molten polycarbonate plastic, producing plastic rings with your DVD coding. The discs are then topped with a thin layer of aluminium and a lacquer coating. From there we can send them to the silk screen/thermal printing department in spindles to apply your artwork.

We can perfect your DVD R replication by adding the finishing touches you require including DVD R printing, labelling, lacquering DVD packaging and shrink wrapping.
